Paris Hilton has been spending an awful lot of time in Sin City lately, partying at XS, Tryst and Drai’s, and now we know why. The heiress, who split with Doug Reinhardt in April, has been quietly dating Cy Waits, who manages all the aforementioned hot spots with his twin brother, Jesse. So how are the two making the long-distance relaysh work?

“He flies her out to Vegas all the time on his private jet so they can be together when he has to work there,” a source tells E! News, adding that Waits is “head over heels” for Paris. “Even when he is at work, he’s constantly texting her and is always on the phone with her,” the source says. “And she’s really into him, too. They’ve been friends for a long time but only recently did it turn romantic.”

It's over for Paris Hilton and long-term boyfriend Doug Reinhardt.  The hotel heiress confirmed the break up to the New York Post today.But the couple actually called it quits two weeks ago following a rough time.

Heiress Paris Hilton has revealed she has a small crush on Prince William and would love to date him if he did not have a girlfriend.

The socialite, who is currently dating Good Charlotte rocker Benji Madden met the 26-year-old prince and his brother Prince Harry at a celebrity hot spot. When they met at Whisky Mist last month, the three spent the evening at a private table, where they sipped champagne and talked.

“I had an awesome time with them – they’re such gentlemen,” Hilton tells the Daily Star. “They’re both really down-to-earth guys who know how to party. I’ve kept in touch with William – he’s really good looking and his girlfriend is really lucky.”

Paris sets the record straight regarding the rumored double wedding.

It seems as though after Nicole Richie and Joel Madden’s daughter, Harlow, was born, rumors have been tumbling in regarding a joint ceremony with Paris Hilton and Benji Madden. Although Paris has admitted in the past that she would love to start a family with her man, Benji, and eventually take it to the next level, she has dismissed reports, claiming that all the rumors are untrue.

“I've been hearing that rumor. But no, I think we both would want to have separate weddings,” Paris said in an interview with the Los Angeles DJ, Ryan Seacrest.

However, the foursome is excited for more time together and are about to be heading on the road for the highly-anticipated Good Charlotte tour.

“It's weird . . . we're dating twins but it's pretty perfect. We are all going on tour this summer, so I'm really excited about that,” the hotel heiress adds, according to The Province. However, there will most definitely not be a double wedding for the pairs. Maybe best friends don’t share everything after all. . . .
