Some ideas sound so good at the time, but for Paris Hilton, her new, hip idea was a career disaster!

Citing career difficulties, Ms. Hilton announced she had her third breast, which was surgically implanted in January, removed by her surgeon Dr. Jeffery Snerd.

"I'll just donate it to the needy someplace!" Said Hilton as she was helped from her gurney into an awaiting limo for the ride home.

TCZ.com reported that movie producers quickly blacklisted Hilton once they discovered she had a 'freaky' third-breast implant.

"Leading men all over town were too distracted by a second cleavage line," said Nicole Ritchie, Hilton's longtime gal-pal, "In a town where half the actors are strung-out, seeing double confuses them!"
