Paris Hilton has admitted that her life couldn't be any better at the moment. At the Los Angeles launch of her new perfume, Siren, the hotel heiress revealed that not only is she recording a new album, but is also working on new TV projects as both an actress and producer.

"I love my life," said Paris. She went on: "I just do things that I love. "It's really exciting that I've bought this brand. There's 16 different licences that I do - I do acting, music and TV. It's a lot of fun, so right now we're creating some different TV shows which I'm going to star in as well as produce and I'm just finishing up my new album.

"I'm very busy and I couldn't ask for more." Paris also revealed that Marilyn Monroe and her mum were her inspirations. "When I was little I really loved Marilyn Monroe," said Paris, wearing a Santa outfit. "Still to this day, I think that she was just an amazing woman, a fabulous blonde and I always really looked up to her, I thought she was amazing."

She added: "This year, my inspiration has been my mum. "I think that she's such an amazing woman. She's been with my dad since she was 15 and she is just a strong woman and has taught me so much, I really look up to her. She's always there for me, I love her, she's one of my best friends."
